A CASE REPORT OF ERUPTIVE SYRINGOMA: CLINICAL, DERMOSCOPIC AND HISTOLOGICAL FEATURES

Syringoma is a benign adnexal tumor that originates from the acrosyringium. Eruptive syringoma rare variant manifests in form of skin-colored or brownish, shiny, angulated papules occur successive crops. Dermoscopic evaluation reveals brownish regular pigment network and tiny whitish dots between adjacent correspond histologically to multiple eccrine ducts lined by double-layered epithelium, giving paisley tie appearance. This case eruptive syringomas highlights importance histopathological dermoscopic evaluation.
